Wordpress is actually kinda cool...

I was looking at jobs on Craigslist and found one that required experience with Wordpress. I sent my resume even though I've never used it, but google'd it just to get information about it. Well, one thing let to another and...well...just take a look:

It's actually very cool. The interface is very organized and user-friendly. It's something that just about anybody could pick up and use (if they knew how to ftp the files onto their server), but experienced web-users (like myself) can customize it as much as they want. I'm going to play around with it, so take what you see with that in mind. I'm not planning on permanently using it as my main blog or anything, and the information you see will mostly be test data while I play with the code and get used to the admin interface. I could DEFINITELY sit down and do just about whatever is needed using Wordpress without any problems. Kind of a confidence booster, really.

Next on the list of things to learn: Oracle.
