*Yawn*

Yep. Stayin up all night tonight. Working (another) overnight shift tomorrow night. I thought I was done (after doing 6 inventories), but the Bee Caves store wanted me to help out over there. I guess I can't complain that I'm in high demand, huh? Plus, it's easy money - an extra $0.80 an hour for doing LESS work than normal. And I'll get to see 3 or 4 people I haven't seen in forever. It'll be nice to catch up.

Speaking of work, I got a raise! I had my annual appraisal meeting with Cody the other day (i.e. yearly review), and we talked about what I can improve upon in working towards my upcoming promotion to Presentation Manager. Plus, I got a 4% raise - which is definitely noticable on my paycheck. I also had a meeting all day yesterday, going over stuff like Coaching our associates, doing Customer Recovery, and Dignity in the Workplace (avoiding harrassment and such). It was pretty cool and, again, easy money. Plus free lunch and Dave & Busters. Jeremy was leading the meeting, so it was relaxed and enjoyable. I hadn't seen him in months, so that was cool. I guess having worked under or with 20+ managers in 3 years has its advantages, as I now know the majority of the Austin managers. Networking.

So, I gotta get up around 4 this afternoon to go get my car washed, then take it in to get inspected for my hail damage. Hopefully they will just total my car and I won't have a car payment anymore. If not, then at least they will fix it and my car will had trade-in value again. Either way, I'm happy.


I'm all done with putting my webpages into php functions! It took me awhile, but it is done. I also have the Peter's Protege page loading dynamically, and in a content management system. The same goes for Viet's page, but on that one he can add and edit songs, as well. I wanna get the member management section done, then add category links to the blog page. Once all that is done, and I reorganize my css file to be readable again, I'll probably call my site "done" for the time being. I'll still work on it here and there, but nothing major inside or out. It'll be at a point that once Jon has StupidButts going again, we can look into doing some real web design/development stuff. That'll be cool...
